New Business 12.1 Consider Authorizing the County Administrator to notify the Virginia Telecommunication Initiative (VATI) Program of the County's intent to submit an application for the 2021 Grant Program. 12.2 Consider Partnering with the Town of Chincoteague, Chincoteague Volunteer Fire Department and potentially the County of Northampton to purchase equipment for the Virginia State Police (VSP), which will enable the VSP to expedite processing vehicle accident scenes on the Chincoteague Causeway and remainder of the Eastern Shore. 12.3 Discuss hiring an additional 12 FTE to provide 24/7 EMS support at the Greenbackville Volunteer Fire Station (The associated budget amendment to expand EMS in this area is significant enough to require a public hearing per COV15.2-2507) 12.4 Consider scheduling a special meeting in order to hold a public hearing prior to your regular August 18, 2021 meeting to amend the adopted County fee schedule to add electrical permit and inspection fees 13.
