Discussion of when/how to schedule a public hearing for rezoning application RZNE-000038-2020 to rezone a portion of Parcel # 110-9-B1 from Agricultural to General Business for a Verizon cellular tower. 8. REPORT ON BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS UPCOMING HEARINGS A. There is one application that was previously filed at this time for the June 3, 2020 meeting. 9. NEXT MEETING A. The next Planning COmmission Work Session is scheduled for Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. B.
