THAT WAS ACTUALLY DONE BY, UH, MR. WATSON.
AND WE'LL, UH, GIVE YOU THAT UPDATE.
ONE OF OUR BUILDING INSPECTORS WAS OUT YESTERDAY.
SO MR. MILBURN AND I VISITED THE HOUSE YESTERDAY AND WENT INSIDE, TOOK A LOOK, UH, WITH MR. UH AL.
AND, UM, WOULD SAY THAT, UH, IT DOES NOT APPEAR AS IF MUCH OF ANYTHING HAS BEEN DONE SINCE THE SPECIAL USE PERMIT WAS BRANDED IN TOTAL, THE INTERIOR SHOWS, UH, SOME FRAMING, WHICH I ESTIMATE WOULD TAKE AT MOST TWO WEEKS OF WORK BY ONE PERSON AND SOME ELECTRICAL WIRING.
LOOKS LIKE IT MIGHT TAKE A DAY OR TWO.
BUT IT'S MY UNDERSTANDING, UH, TALKING WITH THE BUILDING INSPECTORS THAT ALL OF THAT WORK MAY HAVE BEEN DONE BEFORE THE SPECIAL USE PERMIT WAS GRANTED, UM, APPROXIMATELY SIX MONTHS AGO.
NOT ENTIRELY CERTAIN ABOUT THAT BECAUSE IT'S BEEN SOME TIME SINCE WE HAVE BEEN INSIDE THE HOUSE.
UM, I DON'T BELIEVE THERE HAVE BEEN ANY COMPLETED INSPECTIONS IN OUR SYSTEM.
UM, SO THERE IS WHITE, WELL, IT IS COMPLETELY GUTTED AND IN POOR CONDITION INSIDE.
SO THERE'S A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF WORK TO DO IN SIX MONTHS.
AND I WOULD SAY IT WOULD TAKE A TEAM OF PEOPLE, UM, WORKING AT THAT HOUSE OVER SIX MONTHS TO DO THE WORK.
UH, BUT THERE HAS BEEN A, A STOPPAGE OF WORK BECAUSE AS THE HIND BALLS TOLD ME, AND AS I SAW IN THE NEWSPAPER, THE PROPERTY HAD BEEN IN FORECLOSURE A FEW MONTHS AGO, UM, AND MAY HAVE BETTER BANKRUPTCY TO GET IT OUT OF FORECLOSURE.
SO THERE BEEN SOME ISSUES IN THE MEANTIME.
UM, THEY'RE FOREVER HOPEFUL OF GETTING STARTED AND OR GETTING BACK UNDERWAY AND MAKING SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS, BUT NOT MUCH PROGRESS.
I CAN ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT YOU HAVE.

I TALKED TO HIM AGAIN TODAY AND BACK.
EVERYTHING'S PLANNED FOR JANUARY.
AND I ALSO GOT A PART-TIME JOB ALSO.
SO WHEN I'M NOT HAULING CHICKENS FOR TYSON, I'M HAULING LUMBER FOR LOW COUNTRY AND I'M STILL WORKING TERMINAL AND SHE'S STILL WORKING AT THREE LINE.
SO THE PROGRESS, YES, WE HAVE NOT GOT A LOT OF PROGRESS, BUT WE HAVE A LOT OF STUFF THAT HAS HAPPENED AND TOOK IN THE PROCESS.
WE WERE AT THE ATTORNEYS TELLING US TO HOLD OFF BECAUSE I WASN'T EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE IN FORECLOSURE.
IT'S A LEGAL SITUATION, BUT YOU HAVE TO FILE BANKRUPTCY TO STOP IT.
SO WE WERE AT THE MERCY OF EVERYBODY JUST DOING WHAT WE HAVE TO DO TO GET TO HERE.
AND LOOKING FORWARD TO JANUARY, WHEN WE GOT MORE BAD NEWS ON ME, I'M STAGE FOUR BONE.
AND WHEN THEY DID DO THIS FORECLOSURE, WE WERE MAKING A $2,000 A MONTH PAYMENT EVERY MONTH MORE 2,500 FOR THE ONE.
AND THEN TWO WEEKS LATER WE GOT SERVED.
UM, THE BUSINESS IS IN QUESTION WITH LLC WITH, SO WE APOLOGIZE, BUT WE ARE ABLE TO DO THIS IF YOU GIVE US THE SIX MONTHS.
IT'S JUST NOT PROACTIVE ON THE BUILDING.
WE'RE BEHIND THE 'CAUSE LADIES AND GENTLEMEN THERE THAT A LOT OF BUILDING AND A LOT OF LIFE IS BEHIND THE SCENES OF WHAT, WHAT GOES ON WITH PAPERWORK AND, UM, JUST TRYING TO GET EVERYTHING SITUATED.
SO SO WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE YOUR TIMETABLE FOR MOVING FORWARD? LOOKS LIKE, UH, THE PLUMBER SAID HE WAS STALKING AROUND THIS WEEK, SO I'M HOPING WITHIN A COUPLE WEEKS WE'RE ON THE WAY OF THAT.

THE ELECTRICAL WAS DONE BY CHRIS OLSTON.
AND IT, IT DID TAKE HIM LONGER THAN A DAY OR TWO BECAUSE THERE IS A LOT OF WIRE IN THAT HOUSE.
UM, AND WE DID GET ONE INSPECTION DONE WITH THE ROOF IN, BUT UH, IT WAS FOR THE BOTTOM SECTION THAT WE WERE HOPEFULLY WORKING ON AND IN SECTIONS.
UM, BUT HE, SINCE THEN, IT'S, IT'S PROBABLY WOULD LAST, IT WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK IN AND, AND REDO.
BUT CHRIS OLSTON IS THE ELECTRICIAN.
UM, AND THE REASON WHY THAT HOUSE IS IN POOR CONDITION, NEITHER OF US, WHEN WE STOPPED FOR THAT TWO MONTHS, WE WERE TOLD TO STOP AND NOT DO ANYMORE UNTIL WE DID THE BANKRUPTCY.
I HADN'T BEEN IN THERE UNTIL JUST THE LAST COUPLE WEEKS OF MYSELF.
